PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
Children understand they have to wear a jacket when it is cold and a raincoat when it is wet. While many don't like wearing hats in the sun, they come to understand that it is a requirement of going outdoors. In our new reality, PPE will be required for attending school or group events.
EXPECTATION: We all wear our protective covers so we can stay safe and healthy.

If children are using masks that hook behind the ears, a smock with a front pocket will provide a safe clean place to keep it ready to use.
Neck tubes can be worn like a scarf and lifted up to cover the mouth and nose when social distancing is not possible. Outdoors the neck tube around the face can be a fun costume for shared play.
